Cheryl Cole No Make-Up L'Oreal Campaign.

The latest L'Oreal campaign shows Cheryl Cole make up free to promote the Skin Perfection Skincare range. We are use to seeing Cheryl looking flawless with her perfect make-up, yet she has ditched her usual foundation, completely stripping back only wearing a bit of face cream and a few layers of mascara for the new ad campaign. Now, when brands say that the model or celebrity is make up free they usually photoshop the life out of the person, but looking at the images its clear to see the lack of make-up Cheryl is wearing, although, most of the pictures are taken from a distance so it doesn't really show off her natural beauty.

Vogue interviewed Cheryl for the campaign and Cheryl said:

"I felt so vulnerable! The guy that shot the ad made me feel comfortable but, literally, all I had on was the Blur Cream [Magic Touch Instant Blur] and some mascara. So when they showed me the video I was watching it through my hands! I'm really happy with it though. It's actually quite liberating to feel like: 'you know what, like it or not, this is what the cream does to your face and this is how I look'. But going in there, I felt far more vulnerable than I have on any other L'Oréal ad. I was walking around the set like: 'hi, I'm the one in the advert."

Cheryl worked closely on the shoot with the photographer trying out many different poses to ensure she looked the best she could. But to be honest she always looks good so I'm sure that wasn't hard! In the interview Cheryl admitted that she never really worried about skincare and getting wrinkles when she was younger.

"Skincare had never really felt like something that I've wanted to do before. Especially wrinkle creams and that kinds of thing - they never really felt right for me. I wasn't really at the time in my life when I was really feeling that way. But this is a great product for me as it's more about preparing your skin before you reach that stage"

The new L'Oreal Skin Perfection Skincare is for under-35's and is made up of five products to help transform visible skin quality, with formulas enriched with Perline-P and patented LR 2412. Who knows what that means but it could be something new to try out to avoid those dreaded wrinkles. Are you excited for the new collection? What will you be buying?
